Privacy Policy

How Visa4U handles information submitted through this website.

Who controls your information

Visa4U is a brand of Goldenberg and Partners LLP. Goldenberg and Partners LLP is responsible for personal information submitted through this website. Registered-office, company-number and dedicated privacy-contact details will be added once verified.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, contact details, current country, optional self-declared gender, preferred language and contact method, professional background, immigration interests, LinkedIn profile, CV, documents you choose to upload, form answers, correspondence, consent records, source page, referrer and campaign information. If you enable Analytics, we also record consented page views, a random browser and session identifier, broad device category, country code supplied by our hosting network, referrer domain and campaign information. We do not store your IP address in the analytics record. Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information during an initial enquiry.

Why we use it

We use information to respond to enquiries, review professional profiles, arrange consultations, provide requested services, maintain records, protect this website, meet legal obligations and improve our services. Optional self-declared gender is used only for aggregate enquiry reporting. Consented analytics help us understand page performance, countries, devices and traffic sources. Marketing messages are sent only where you have made a separate choice or another lawful basis applies.

Our lawful bases

Depending on the context, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, to comply with legal obligations, or for legitimate interests such as responding to enquiries, operating securely and improving our services. Where consent is the appropriate basis, you may withdraw it at any time.

Sharing and international access

Information may be shared only as needed with authorised personnel and carefully selected providers supporting hosting, secure storage, communications, analytics or professional services. If information is transferred internationally, appropriate legal safeguards must be used. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal and regulatory requirements, dispute handling and security. Specific retention periods will be documented before services launch. Unsuccessful or incomplete enquiries will not be kept indefinitely.

Security

Reasonable organisational and technical measures are used to protect information. No internet service is completely secure, so please avoid sending original identity documents or sensitive records unless specifically requested through an approved secure process.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Contact and updates

Until dedicated privacy contact details are published, you can make a privacy request through the consultation form and clearly label it as a privacy request. We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change.
